This beautiful Ana Mika maxi skirt has pretty leaf detail and is double layered and made from embroidered and hand woven textiles

The skirt has a side zipper fastening and when laid flat the waist measures 15 inches and the total length from the top of the waistband is 34 inches. I would say size UK 8 to UK 10.
